Moments of Gratitude from the 2021 Channel Partner Expo

Thankfulness is a two-way street, and it is fulfilling to know that our partners are grateful for us as much as we are for them. Nowhere was that more apparent than at the 2021 Channel Partners Conference and Expo (CP Expo) earlier his month in Vegas. The theme of this year's conference was "Homecoming." It was a perfect vision for this show. It perfectly described the swirling emotions everyone felt as they jumped back into in-person tradeshows. As with every Homecoming, you want to have the perfect person to share the experience. I had the best--Jake Butterbaugh Channel Chief and Vice President of Global Channel Sales at Five9. He is the ideal person to walk me back into the limelight of events, minus the fancy Homecoming dress and tuxedo.   

Excitement filled the air during the show panels and sessions, but it really ignited on the expo floor: beautiful booths, enthusiastic salespeople, and engaging demos. I found myself smiling with gratitude, connecting with our partner management team, marketing colleagues and our top Channel Partners. Meeting Juanita Coley (#WFMGirl), CEO, and Founder of Solid Rock Consulting a partner and contact center influencer, was a show highlight. Her passion and commitment to moving women in technology to new heights within the contact center and workforce management practice are awe-inspiring.  

I was not alone in my feeling of gratitude. Stephanie Bouras, Director Southwest Region at  Intelisys, came by the Five9 booth to share her appreciation for partnership and success winning together: “You are one of our top suppliers and we have had tremendous success with Five9. You have done a great job with teams aligning.”  

Five9 recognizes the importance of investing heavily in our partner ecosystem, and we are truly better together with our partners. This year we listened to our partners and focused on partner enablement and making it easier to align with Five9 to sell better together. We launched the Five9 Partner Amplify Webinar Education Series and a robust new global Partner Portal. I appreciated Matt Nye, National Contact Center Solutions Director at VesuvITas, Five9 Channel Partner, coming by the booth. It was great to share his enthusiasm for the Portal.   

2021 has been a tremendous year for Five9 with the collaboration of all our outstanding partners. We have seen significant growth in technology partners, channel partners and system integrator partners globally. Our strategy is simple with our Five9 Global Partner Advantage: align, amplify, and accelerate with our Five9 Partners. We are #PartnerPowered!
