Telarus 2024 Summit: The Power of Partnership

Last week, our team gathered in Nashville, Tennessee for the annual Telarus Partner Summit to immerse ourselves in education sessions, connect with industry peers, and highlight the latest Five9 Genius AI capabilities. Between keynote addresses, thought leadership sessions, and country music, we were thrilled to receive three awards: 

  1. Top CCaaS Provider

  2. Top 5 Supplier by Revenue 

  3. Charlie Lomond Award for Top Channel Manager of the Year to Beth Herman, Five9 Channel Development Director

These honors reflect the dedication, leadership, and exceptional partnership-building skills of the Five9 channel team.

The Telarus Partner Summit gathers the channel industry’s top Trusted Advisors, making any award presented at the event a deep honor. Beth’s recognition goes beyond personal achievement –  it reflects the hard work and commitment she brings to her role daily. Her ability to navigate complex challenges, deliver innovative solutions, and lead by example has earned her the respect and admiration of her peers, partners, and the entire channel ecosystem.  

Beth’s passion for building and nurturing strong relationships is at the heart of her work. She understands that the success of Five9 is intrinsically linked to the success of our partners, and she goes above and beyond to ensure they have everything they need to thrive. Her approach is characterized by open communication, a willingness to collaborate, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. These qualities have made her a respected, trusted leader of the channel community. 

In one standout moment from the week, Five9’s RVP of Solution Consulting Michael Roche led an "AI Mastery" session on how Five9 is revolutionizing the customer and agent experience with AI. Roche dove into the latest AI trends and misconceptions, introduced our new Genius AI tool, and explained how Five9 is doing AI differently – we don’t just build AI-powered CX products, we help you create a custom AI roadmap then guide you through every step of the journey. 

Jake Butterbaugh, SVP of Five9 Global Partners, also took the stage during the Channel Chief panel at the opening general session to discuss the importance of the channel to Five9 and the industry at large. He highlighted the Five9 partner organization’s commitment to a “sell with, build with, and deliver with” approach, stressing the importance of finding partners who support customers throughout the entire life cycle. 

The opportunity to delve into the latest advancements in AI and how they can be leveraged to drive innovation was both enlightening and empowering. It’s moments like these that remind us of the value of continuous learning and staying ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.

As we conclude our reflections on the Telarus Partner Summit, it’s clear that this year’s event was nothing short of extraordinary. Our team is still buzzing with excitement from the incredible experiences we shared and the milestones we achieved. Winning three awards was a highlight, and it’s a testament to the hard work, dedication, and collaboration that defines our team. Each accolade not only celebrates our achievements but also motivates us to push the boundaries even further.

Overall, the Telarus Partner Summit was a success. We left with new insights, stronger partnerships, and a renewed sense of enthusiasm for the future. A big thank you to everyone who made this event so memorable. Here’s to many more successful gatherings building on the momentum we’ve created.
