Five9 IVA Wins 3 Globee Awards for Innovation

I am proud to share that The Globee® Awards, organizers of one of the world’s premier business awards programs and business ranking lists, have named Five9 Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA) a winner in three of its 2022 awards programs.
Five9 IVAs are propelling the contact center industry forward, automating interactions, assisting live agents, reducing service costs (a virtual agent is about 10% the cost of a live agent) and delivering more conversational service experiences. IVAs help live service agents reach their full potential by giving them more time to focus on complex tasks that require their unique skill sets, while virtual agents handle more mundane tasks. The use of Five9 IVAs increased 180% in 2021, allowing contact centers to resolve customer service requests quickly and efficiently without weighing down agents with repetitive requests.
