Five9 is excited to announce that we are heading to CCW Vegas at the end of June to celebrate 20 successful years of groundbreaking industry growth and innovation! Below we are sharing everything we have in store for #CCWVegas19:
To kick things off on Tuesday, Five9 is leading a workshop from 2:15 p.m.to 4:45 p.m. that will discuss numerous strategies on how to build an intelligent cloud contact center migration. Throughout the workshop you will hear from multiple Five9 customers, including: Matt Dvorak from Tempoe, Stacy Smith from Hancock Whitney Bank, and Katie Barnes from Shift Digital. Later that evening, the CCW Excellence Awards Gala, the industries most anticipated awards ceremony, takes the stage! Five9 President, Dan Burkland, will honor, recognize and award the most innovative contact center solutions and individuals from the past year. On Wednesday and Thursday, Director of Product Marketing, Darryl Addington, will host an interactive discussions group from 10:50 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. - where attendees can debate omnichannel solutions. In addition, Five9 Director of Solutions Consultant, Erin Wilson, will host an innovation lab from 10:45 a.m. to 12:25 p.m. and 3:55 p.m. to 5:40 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25th and 10:45 a.m. to 12:25 p.m. Thursday, June 26th that focuses on contact center strategies.
Hear directly from a Five9 customer on Wednesday from 10:50 a.m. to 11:20 a.m. when Stacy Smith from Hancock Whitney Bank shares a deep dive into their experience with Five9 at our booth #1202. It’s guaranteed to be a must-see!
Join our President Dan Burkland on the main stage Wednesday at 2:15 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. to hear a live Q&A with the Customer Contact Leader of the Year. Hear great commentary on the key leadership traits and transformational skills required of the individual receiving the highest honor in our industry.
Meet us at the ServiceNow booth Wednesday at 3 p.m. - where our very own Jay Gorsegner will be doing a live theater demo! Added bonus: ServiceNow will be serving complimentary wine at this time.
Five9 is also participating in the CCW Demo Drive! During the Main Conference breaks on Wednesday (starting at 9:20 a.m. and again at 2:45 p.m.), come to the Five9 booth for a live demo and get your Sponsor Passport stamped. Those who visit each sponsor booth are eligible for the CCW Sponsor Raffle that will take place on Thursday at 3:30 p.m., where CCW will give away 20 different prizes!
