Five9 Stands Out at Channel Connect 2024
Last week, our team had the pleasure of attending the Intelisys Channel Connect event in Nashville, Tennessee, and what an incredible experience it was! We couldn’t have been more excited to connect with industry peers, dive into educational sessions, and celebrate our collective achievements.
From the dynamic keynote sessions to the vibrant Nashville setting, there was so much to take away from this year’s event. Here’s a recap of some of the highlights that made it such a memorable experience for Five9 and our partners.
Engaging Executive Lightning Round & Thought Leadership Sessions
One of the highlights of Channel Connect was the opportunity to hear from some of the brightest minds in the industry, including our own Jake Butterbaugh. Jake was joined on the main stage by other industry experts to discuss what’s hot in AI, CX cost savings, investments, and where to place your bets when it comes to the ever-evolving industry of customer service.
In addition to Jake’s panel, we were proud to host two thought leadership sessions. Five9’s Derek Bakker drove a panel that discussed strategies for partners to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and tactics. Five9’s Roni Jamesmeyer brought her product expertise to a session on AI in healthcare and how partners can create exceptional value for customers. Both sessions underscored Five9’s leadership in AI-driven customer experience and demonstrated the transformative potential of automation in contact centers.
Our Big Moment: Top CCaaS Supplier for the Second Straight Year
Now, for the highlight of the week: Five9 was named the Top CCaaS Supplier for the second year in a row!
Winners were selected based on key criteria such as revenue performance, new logo billings, year-over-year growth, and the overall value their solutions bring to the channel. This recognition reflects the dedication and synergy between Intelisys and Five9, highlighting how intentional collaboration can lead to exceptional results for partners and customers alike. Together, we’re building bridges that drive innovation, growth, and long-term success.
