Customer Contact Week is a series of global industry events where leading contact center professionals attend to learn how to meet customers’ expectations and manage call center workforce. The conference series hosts over 2,500 attendees and 900 companies.
At the Las Vegas CCW show in June, recognition will be given out to a full spectrum of call center functions for their superior thinking, creativity and execution.
