Aragon Research Recognizes Five9 with “Innovation Award” in Intelligent Contact Center Category
It’s no surprise here at Five9 that 2018 has been a year of celebratory milestones. From appointing industry veteran Rowan Trollope as our new CEO, being named a Leader in the Gartner MQ and Forrester Wave, the introduction of Five9 Genius, and the partnership and integration with Google’s Cloud Contact Center AI, 2018 has been packed with reasons to celebrate.
