We’re just a few days away from Dreamforce 2018 and we couldn’t be more excited. That being said, it can be overwhelming with so many activities going on at all times. To help prioritize, we’ve narrowed it down to five things you don’t want to miss at DF18. Mark your DF18 calendars with the following events:

1. Dreamforce Future Executive Networking Event

When: Thursday, September 27, 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM

Where: Moscone South Esplanade

400 aspiring leaders from Bay Area Workforce Development will come together for an afternoon speed networking session. Help these young adults strengthen their skillsets and expand their professional network.

2. Hear from the brightest, most innovative Trailblazers.

Get inspired by some of the finest global leaders, entrepreneurs, industry experts, and thought leaders. Dreamforce 2018 speakers include Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff, Al Gore, PG&E CEO and President Geisha J. Williams, Golden State Warriors’ Andre Iguodala, Unilever’s Global CIO Jane Moran – just to name a few. Check out the full list of speakers here.

3. Rowan Trollope’s AI and the Future of the Contact Center Session.

When: Thursday, September 27, 1:00 PM – 1:40 PM

Where: Marriott Marquis, Foothill E

Our CEO, Rowan Trollope, will share how Five9 is spearheading AI-driven innovations in the contact center through Five9 Genius and deep integration with Salesforce. Discover how AI from Einstein and others is driving agent augmentation by unlocking the intelligence and data in the contact center to revolutionize today’s agent, supervisor and customer experience. You can register here.

4. Rock Out to Metallica at Dreamfest

When: Wednesday, September 26, 8:00 PM

Where: City Hall & Civic Center Plaza

Bring your air guitar and get ready to rock out to Metallica at Dreamfest, benefiting UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals.

5. Give Back at Dreamforce

There are a number of ways Dreamforce attendees can give back to the local community. Have your badge scanned at any Five9 booth and Five9 will donate $1 to either Benioff Children’s Hospital or Donorschoose.org. In addition, Five9 will donate $5 if you participate in a live demo in our booths (location: Booth #337).

Participate in Dreamforce Quest and join in the fight to end homelessness in the Bay Area. This interactive game aims to raise $1 million to help move people off the streets and into their own homes.

Or you can choose to help fill holiday gift bags that will be delivered to the children of over 100 local families in need. Head to the Salesforce.org Lodge at these times to help:

Wednesday, September 26th: 10:00 – 11:30 AM
Wednesday, September 26th: 3:00 – 4:30 PM
Thursday, September 27th: 10:00 – 11:30 AM.

We are looking forward to meeting with you at Dreamforce! If you’re unable to make it, follow the fun on social at #DF18.
