Five9 Named a Leader in the 2022 Aragon Research Globe™ for Intelligent Contact Center

SAN RAMON, Calif. – November 9, 2022 - Five9, Inc. (NASDAQ: FIVN), a leading provider of the intelligent cloud contact center (ICC), today announced that it has been named a Leader in the Aragon Research Globe for Intelligent Contact Center, 2022. This recognition marks the fourth consecutive year Five9 has achieved a leadership position in the report.
The Aragon Research Globe for Intelligent Contact Center (ICC) evaluated 15 contact center providers based on three dimensions: strategy, performance, and reach. The report notes that providers positioned as Leaders have comprehensive strategies that align with industry direction and market demand, and that they effectively perform against those strategies.
Aragon Research analysts recognized Five9 for strengths including its inbound and outbound focus, omnichannel features, CRM and UC integrations, and growing focus on AI.

In Q3, Five9 reported strong revenue growth of 29% year over year (YoY), and new customer logo bookings set a record for any Q3. International bookings in the third quarter grew 78% YoY and international revenue grew 40% YoY, marking 7 out of the last 9 quarters that YoY international revenue has grown at 40% or more. Five9 expects to increase the percentage of international revenue from 10% to the mid-to-high-teens in the coming next few years.
