Five9 to Present at CallMiner LISTEN 2018

Next week Five9 will be heading down to Clearwater Beach, Florida to catch some waves with our fellow Forrester Wave Leader, CallMiner! Between enjoying the sunshine and hitting the beach, Five9 is excited to announce that we will be presenting at CallMiner LISTEN 2018.
LISTEN is CallMiner’s event for customer engagement analytics professionals, bringing together top organizations acquiring intelligence from customer interactions.
Attendees at this event will hear stories from their peers, partners, and industry gurus in over 40 sessions split into separate tracks for executives, business program owners and analysts.
At this year’s event, Five9 Senior Solutions Consultant Erin Wilson will present “Digital Transformation and AI in your Call Center” on Wednesday, October 24th at 1:15 p.m.
Erin will dive into how digital transformation is changing customer expectations at a rapid pace. Many contact centers are struggling to adapt and keep up. In her session, Erin will demo how Five9 is helping our customers future proof their business with the addition of our new product, Five9 Genius.
